Working Long Hours Can Cause Hair Loss

Stress is something that has become a part of our daily lives. One of the studies has shown that working for 52 hours in a week can lead to hair loss issues.

Too much stress affects the hair

Men at a young age who work for 52 hours can get bald faster as compared to those who worked in the office on regular hours. It does even matter what their lifestyle or marital status the hair will get affected.

Trigger Alopecia problem

Alopecia is a general term for the condition of hair loss. This can occur at any age which is in coin-size form and round patches on the scalp. Hair follicles get damaged

Excess stress can affect the hair follicles which means they get pushed into the catagen phase. Some studies have also shown that it leads to inflammation of hair follicles, inhibit hair growth and cell deaths. So, make sure you are putting your body under too much stress as it affects your body entirely.
